1. Easy purchasing
Purchasing goods via Internet is just as easy as buying them in one of our shops. Dutch law applies and you are covered by various warranties. You make a selection of our products and we make sure they will be delivered to you by TPG mail services.
2. Delivery
- As soon as we receive your order and payments we will deliver the goods (except when COD applies). Most products are in stock at Weijntjes, this guaranties a short delivery time. Delivery applies while stocks last.
- Our delivery service covers all of the world.
- When deliveries take longer than expected (i.e. within reason), the purchasing agreement can be annulled free of charge, except when it applies to custom made goods (such as name plates or goods made to measure). Your payment will be refunded within 30 days.
3. Payment
There are various ways of paying:
- Cash on Delivery (this applies only for the Netherlands). You pay when the goods are delivered.
- Credit card payment: Your data will be safely transported via a system of codes.
- Bank payment: You pay directly into the bank account of Weijntjes.
- Incasso payment: You permit Weijntjes to withdraw the relevant amount from your bank or giro account once only. (this applies only for the Netherlands)

Returning goods
When the goods do not meet your expectations you have the right to return them within 30 days. In case of product failure or missing parts, Weijntjes will rectify the problems at its own cost, provided you notify Weijntjes within 30 days.
A lot of our products are manufactured by craftsmen. As a result minor differences between the products could occur as well as minor variations in measurement.
Weijntjes cannot be held responsible for departures in prices, images, models and text.
